Heidelberg Materials Malaysia Inter-Region Games 2025 Celebrates Team Spirit Through Futsal, Pickleball and Badminton

Petaling Jaya, 28 September 2025 – Heidelberg Materials Malaysia Sports Club successfully hosted its highly anticipated Inter-Region Games 2025 today at X Park, PJ South, bringing together employees from various regions for a half-day of spirited competition and unity.

Held from 8.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m., this year’s Games featured three main sporting events—Futsal, Pickleball, and Badminton—all of which saw enthusiastic participation and impressive performances from employees across the company.

The event commenced with an opening address by the organizing committee, followed by teams eagerly heading to their respective courts. Each sport showcased the talent, teamwork, and determination of participants:

• Futsal delivered fast-paced action as teams battled for goals with impressive coordination and strategy.

• Pickleball, a rising favorite, offered exciting rallies and showcased players’ agility and precision.

• Badminton drew loud cheers with its competitive matches, highlighting both skillful singles play and dynamic doubles pairings.

Throughout the morning, the atmosphere at X Park buzzed with excitement as colleagues cheered on their teams, strengthening bonds and fostering a sense of community across regions.

The highlight of the day came during the closing ceremony, where the Central Region was crowned the Overall Champion of the Inter-Region Games 2025, thanks to their consistent performance and outstanding teamwork across all three sports.
