Melanie Chew as National Human Resources Manager for Heidelberg Materials Malaysia. Melaine joined us from BASF where she served as HR Business Partner Manager to support business transformation and talent strategy initiatives. Prior to BASF, she held a Country Human Resources Manager role at Boston Scientific Malaysia, where she led HR operations and employee engagement efforts.
Melanie holds an Honours degree in Business Management from the University of Sunderland (SEGi College). With her diverse experience across industries and regions, Melanie is well-suited to lead our HR function in Malaysia as we continue to strengthen our workforce and align with our organizational goals and values.
