Daniel Koh holds a Master's Degree in Chemical & Biochemical Engineering from the University of Wales, Swansea, and brings more than 20 years of diverse industry experience across cement, coatings, insulation, and waste management. His expertise spans operations management, energy management, and both single-site and multi-site plant leadership. He has a strong track record in driving transformation and change initiatives, with a focus on operational excellence, organisational alignment, continuous improvement, and sustainable business growth.
As Head of Aggregates Operations Malaysia, Daniel is responsible for providing strategic leadership across the Aggregates and Asphalt business. He works closely with operational teams to enhance performance, strengthen operational discipline, drive efficiency, and ensure the consistent application of best practices across all sites.
