Claudio Dealberti brings extensive international leadership experience gained through various senior roles across Europe, Africa, and Asia, with expertise spanning the cement, aggregates, and ready-mixed concrete businesses.
Throughout his career with Heidelberg Materials, Claudio has held a wide range of technical, operational, and commercial leadership positions. Prior to his appointment in Malaysia, he served as Chief Executive Officer, China, under HeidelbergCement (Hong Kong) Company Limited since 2023. Before that, he was Managing Director of Asia Cement (Thailand) Co., Ltd. from 2016 to 2023, where he successfully led business growth, operational excellence, and organizational development.
